Fly and Kill

You can't do much with a small knife or so called dagger from a great distance.. don't be so sure yet. You'll know what I mean when you watch the house of flying daggers. With its cool matrix effects and its somewhat lame love story.. I enjoyed the show somehow. After watching the show, I feel like taking up martial arts. I love martial arts actually.. not just watching it but learning it. I took up taekwondo when I was.. (hmm.. let me recall.. ) 8 or 9 years old. Obviously started with white belt for those of you who don't know.. followed by yellow, green, blue, red and black. Black is something what people want to achieve when learning taekwondo. However, black belt is just the beginning. If you wanna pursue further.. the fun part begins. Well, I can't really say fun.. cause you have to start breaking many many woods. It'll be a pain in the ass.. I saw people actually cried while taking the test. I think Black belt is good enough for me.. wanted to go beyond that.. think twice.. nah.

I was thinking of taking up archery. Recently I found people shooting arrows fascinating! Look at Legolas from the lord of the rings.. takeshi from house of flying daggers. I'm trying now to get into the archery class at ohio state university. I need to register for it online.. & hopefully there's a spot for me when I'm back in US. It's free anyway. I know it ain't easy to shoot arrows.. just give it a shot. lol.

Sunday morning

Everyday Sunday ar.. It's Sunday morning and really feel lethargic. Been clubbing since friday night.. Rush on friday and Zouk yesterday. Zouk wasn't packed yesterday and didn't feel good bout it. arghhh... you know... not packed = no girls. I still remember that I was having a chat with one of the Zouk promoter outside before going in. I was deciding on 'opening bottle' or 'cover charge'. In the midst of negotiating, we somehow talked bout other stuff. It was the same gal that we had the last time we went to Zouk. She remembered me.. I was like... 'cool!'. I mentioned that I'm leaving next month to the States. Well she was like... 'i'll miss you'. I smiled with a friendly gesture. You know... how promoters like.. it's their job, wearing skimpy clothes and work really hard so that they can get extra commission.

Was watching olympics events on astro this morning.. tuning into mens gymnast event. Go china, japan... korea! China is showing the way how Asians should be. China dominates the Olympics on the 1st day with 4 gold and having the most medals. As years pass by, I could see Asians emerging from unknown to renown. So... for my 'kuai lows' friends who're reading this.. a piece of advice.. be humble coz we asians.. gonna kick ass for years to come. lol. We don't need stuntmen when filming cause we have been using our natural talent - kungfu for acting. Matrix is a disgrace to kungfu. (well, i kinda like it actually.. heh) So.. beware.. all asians know kungfu and don't mess with us! Before I go any further, I'm not racist and totally against it. I was just crapping.. deep down inside... my pure soul.. I'm a really humble, kind and helpful person. I really wish I could help the poor, the suffering and the unlucky ones.

Thinking of catching a movie later in the evening.. flying daggers sounds good with andy lau, takeshi kaneshiro and zhang ziyi. Hmm... maybe the village. One of M. Night Shyamalan's masterpiece on screen now. His shows are sometimes somewhat misleading and confusing. hate that!! It makes me feel like watching those hilarious and no brainer hongkong movies. hehe.. tonight? hmm.. obviously MAN U vs Chelsea!! It'll be a huge match tonight...

After talking to oon online... that's how I came up with this blog for today. promised myself that I'll continue writing.. sharing my life with my buddies who're residing overseas.
